PRODUCTS
1. All products listed in this website are subject to availability.
2. Misz Chize has made every effort to display colours of our products that appear on this sites as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours that you see will depend on your monitor. Thus, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
3. Misz Chize has done our utmost to ensure that the measurements for products displayed on the website are best calculated to accuracy and true to its dimensions in cm or inch. However, due to the fact that certain fabrics are stretchable, actual measurements of individual items might vary slightly.
4. All goods sold are non-refundable & non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated.


PRICE AND PAYMENT
5. All prices stipulated on the website are in SGD unless otherwise stated.
6. All prices are nett unless otherwise stated. All updates on price will be announced in our sites accordingly.
7. Upon submission of your orders we will reply your email within 48 hours with a confirmation email to ensure product availability and amount that need to be paid.
8. Upon receipt of Misz Chize confirmation email:
i. Payment should be made immediately
ii. Customer should provide Misz Chize the payment reference number by replying the confirmation email with the format as stipulated in "How to Shop at Misz Chize".
9. Upon receipt of our confirmation email, we will reserve the items for 2 (two) days for you to proceed with payment before the given dateline.
10. Unresponsed confirmation email within 2 (two) days, will be considered as cancellation of order and items will be given to the next potential buyer.
11. Order will be processed only after payments have been successfully credited to our bank account.
12. Receipt of payment should be retain for verification purposes. Misz Chize will not be liable for any claims of payment if buyer is unable to produce any of the above to verify the payment made.


AMENDMENT
13. All orders sent to us should be final without any post-amendment.
14. Amendments will be initiated by Misz Chize in the event of stock-out.


SHIPPING POLICY
15. Misz Chize will ensure that goods are properly packed and sent out.
16. SingPost will normally takes around 2 (two) to 4 (four) working days to deliver items (excludes weekends/public holidays).
17. Misz Chize will process items orders within 2 (two) working days upon receipt of payments.
18. Misz Chize will process pre-order items as soon as the goods arrive and within 2 (two) working days upon receipt of payment.
19. Misz Chize is not responsible for any lost in transit items.


CUSTOMERS
20. All customer information will be treated as private and confidential.
21. Customers are responsible to notify Misz Chize of any change in customer paticulars/details. In any events Misz Chize will not be held responsible for any undelivered/lost/returned goods or/and service or any charges incurred.

22. All text, graphics, logos, images in Misz Chize are the properties of Misz Chize media & suppliers.
23. Reproductions, modifications, distributions, transmissions, republications or display of the content of Misz Chize is strictly prohibited.
24. Misz Chize reserves the right to vary and amend these terms and conditions, in its absolute discretion, including those related to rewards as it is deems necessary from time to time.
25. By using Misz Chize sites or/and placing orders or/and making any payments to Misz Chize; customers are bound to comply with our Terms & Conditions.
